She decided to photograph the coffee grounds remaining after sharing a drink with her spouse, seeking AI analysis of the patterns - a modern spin on tasseography, an ancient divination practice traditionally done with tea leaves. This fortune-telling method has recently gained popularity on social media platforms like TikTok.

The AI quickly identified patterns suggesting marital infidelity in the dark residue, indicating her husband harbored thoughts about other women. He dismissed the prediction as merely humorous, but divorce papers arrived just three days later. This incident has triggered broader discussions in Greece about traditional superstitions and tasseography's intricacies, with experts emphasizing that this practice involves more complexity than simply uploading an image for digital analysis.
