Anna Paulina Luna is an American politician and Air Force veteran serving as the U.S. representative for Florida's 13th congressional district since 2023. A member of the Republican Party, she is the first Mexican-American woman elected to Congress from Florida.

Luna served as an airfield management specialist in the Air National Guard from age 19, serving from 2009 to 2014. For her service, she was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal. Luna graduated from the University of West Florida in 2017. In her first campaign, Luna challenged and narrowly lost to incumbent Democratic congressman Charlie Crist in 2020. Luna was subsequently elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2022 with the endorsement of then-former President Donald Trump in the Republican primary. Luna was reelected in 2024.

Luna serves on the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

During a recent interview with Joe Rogan, Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna shared a peculiar experience regarding an "airspace incursion" during her service in the Oregon Air National Guard, which she suspects was an unidentified aerial phenomenon. The pilots who observed the event reportedly declined to provide her with additional details, stating they could not recognize what they had seen.

Throughout her tenure in Congress, Luna has been a strong advocate for transparency concerning UFOs and UAPs, spearheading a task force aimed at declassifying potential government intelligence. Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna is convinced that an unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP) breached the airspace of her previous air base.

During a recent appearance on Joe Rogan's podcast, the Republican, aged 36, recounted a peculiar "airspace incursion" that took place while she was stationed in the Oregon Air National Guard. At the time, Luna served as an airfield manager at the Portland Air National Guard Base when an unauthorized object entered the airspace.

When she inquired with the pilots about what they had witnessed, they were evasive. "They were like, ‘Eh, we can’t really talk about it.’ And no one seemed eager to discuss it,” she explained, noting that one pilot indicated they couldn't "really identify" what they had observed in the sky. Rogan, 58, speculated that the incident might have involved a foreign military aircraft or something classified; however, Luna remembered that one pilot appeared visibly unsettled by the occurrence. Consequently, she concluded that the incursion was indeed an unidentified anomalous phenomenon, or UAP — previously referred to as UFOs. "No one seemed willing to address it, and from what I gathered, it was likely a UAP," she remarked. "That was essentially my takeaway."

Luna chairs the House of Representatives' Declassification of Federal Secrets task force and has been promoting government transparency regarding UAPs since she took office in 2023. In her podcast discussion, she expressed that individuals who report sightings of unidentified objects often encounter stigma — particularly military personnel, as filing a UAP report could jeopardize their security clearance and reputation. Additionally, Luna claimed that lawmakers have been presented with evidence of "interdimensional beings." “Without delving into classified discussions, there have been instances where I believe credible individuals have reported movements beyond time and space,” Luna stated. "Based on the images I've seen, I am very certain that there are entities out there that were not created by humans."
