Strange Object Filmed Over Las Vegas

In a video posted on the Mavi ufo alarm YouTube channel just two days ago, someone filmed a strange low-flying object moving slowly over downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, during daylight hours. The object is unlike any conventional aircraft; however, the person filming can be heard saying that at first, it looked like a plane. The shape is very unusual, with two protrusions from the side and no visible means of propulsion. It is unclear who took the video and when this was captured.
