Man Reports Triangle UFO After 18 Years

A Kansas City man who wishes to remain anonymous called me last night to report a UFO he saw in 1997. This was the first time he told anyone about the incident, and he stated that he did not feel comfortable filing an official report.

The witness was driving on a road on the outskirts of Las Vegas, Nevada while heading to Los Angeles at approximately 10:00 pm sometime during July of 1997. The witness, who was traveling alone, stated that he came upon a silent black triangular-shaped craft with no lights hovering 100 to 200 feet above the road and measuring approximately 100' across. The object covered the road and extended over it on both sides. "It blocked out the stars above, and I was just amazed at what I was looking at." Stated the witness.

"I watched it for about 30 seconds, then it rose at incredible speed and out of sight," said the witness. No photos were taken.
