A large bigfoot was sighted on March 24 by two witneesses north of Topeka, Kansas. Matt Moneymaker with the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researcher Organization) posted the following on the BFRO facebook page
"ATTN KANSAS -- TOPEKA area
Please share this with anyone you know around Topeka Kansas.
BOLO: 8-9 foot tall dark sasquatch seen by two very credible witnesses 12 miles north of Topeka, Kansas.
Date and Time: Monday March 24, 2025; around 8pm
The two local eyewitnesses, Bob Hammes and Warren Fink (both in their 60's), were driving along a rural dirt road (94th street) in dusk conditions when they observed the sasquatch walking away from the road along a fence line.
The full report will be coming in next few days. Keep an eye out around there for now."
The mission of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization (BFRO) is multifaceted, but the organization essentially seeks to resolve the mystery surrounding the bigfoot phenomenon, that is, to derive conclusive documentation of the species' existence. This goal is pursued through the proactive collection of empirical data and physical evidence from the field and by means of activities designed to promote an awareness and understanding of the nature and origin of the evidence.
Founded in 1995 in Akron, Ohio, the BFRO is now the oldest and largest organization of its kind -- a virtual community of scientists, journalists, and specialists from diverse backgrounds -- directed by California native Matthew Moneymaker (JD).
