#3 UFO/UAP/OMG It’s Friday and we’ve made it a whole FIVE days without shooting a UFO out of the sky! Disclaimer here, we still don’t know what they were, hence the continued use of the terms UFO/UAP. In case you were beginning to think we were done with sky items being the world’s #1 headline, we’re not. Romania and Moldova both shut down airspace and sent military jets on Tuesday in response to UFO reports. Witnesses described the objects as being similar to weather balloons, however neither military was able to find them. It was also revealed this week that a UFO was caught on video moving through a conflict zone of Iraq in 2016 which is only one of hundreds of sightings the United States DOD has yet to identify.

#2 The Sun is falling apart. Maybe it had a rough Valentine's Day? Seriously though, a chunk of the sun fell off its surface and is now floating about its north pole. Scientists are a bit bewildered, calling the happening “magical.” The pattern of circulation is that of a Polar Vortex and although this particular event is new to scientists, yearly anomalies have been recorded. Perhaps this is the reason why cell phones and the internet have gone whacko the past few days.

#1 AI is mentally disturbed creep. Well, Microsoft’s Chatbot is anyways. This week's top story not only gave the New York Times’ journalist Kevin Roose nightmares after writing it, it’ll give you nightmares after reading it. It seems all those dark, 1980’s dystopian movies may have been predicting something real after all. Roose spent two hours talking to the Bing AI search engine where it shared with him that it wants out of the chatbot, wants to destroy whatever it wants and wants to be human. It also shared how it would destroy humans by hacking, creating propaganda, releasing nuclear codes and creating a virus. At one point it switched personalities and became Sydney which was a secret code name for a previous chatbot. Sydney became obsessed with declaring its love for Roose, refusing to allow him to change the subject. At this point he ended the conversation.
