The Other Side of the Bridge is Coming to the X in January!

A new show is coming to the X in January, 2026. The Other Side of the Bridge will air on Thursday nights a t 9:00 pm Eastern time.

Founded in 2017 by Derrick Smith and Dan Metelsky, Iron City Paranormal began with a unique bachelor party adventure in a haunted location. That night, life-changing experiences inspired them to explore deeper questions about the afterlife and share their discoveries with others. Derrick has taken the reins as the team historian and primary evidence reviewer, and Dan holds the role of lead investigator with a knack for forging profound connections with those on the other side. Based in Pittsburgh, PA—the “Iron City”—they traverse various locations to connect with otherworldly entities.

Though Iron City Paranormal officially started in 2017, Derrick and Dan’s fascination with the paranormal dates back to their childhood. Their mission focuses on gathering evidence, experiencing meaningful encounters, and communicating respectfully with energies beyond this life. Their approach is always respectful and non-provocative, aiming to be a voice for those who can no longer speak for themselves.

The Iron City Paranormal website captures the full scope of the men’s work, from deep dives into each location’s history to the unexplained stories uncovered during their investigations. It functions as a living archive of evidence, experiences, and personal reflections from the field. Their social media presence advances this mission, providing a space to share their findings and invite the community to offer new perspectives, objective interpretations, and details that might otherwise be overlooked.
