Vendor registration includes your choice of:

Option A. 8' x 10' space includes one 8’ table with two chairs for two people, tablecloth, plus the banquet and Mad Hatter party for one or two people.  Includes meal package (lunch all three days, dinner on Friday) Your area measures 10' wide x 8' deep so if you wish to bring one or two more tables or displays you are welcome to do so.  $300.00

 Option B. 8' table only with two chairs for two people, tablecloth, plus the banquet and Mad Hatter party for one or two people.  Includes meal package (lunch all three days, dinner on Friday) $250.00

 Option C. 1/2 of an 8' table shared with another party. Includes lunch all three days and dinner on Friday, plus the banquet on Saturday night.   $125.00

 Option D: Small table space (bring your own card table or small round 3' table) with one chair.  For Psychic readers, tarot card readers, palm readers, etc. or small displays.  Includes one banquet ticket. No other meals. $50.00

We also ask for one item to be donated to the KUNX Raffle drawing. Proceeds go to the Tunnel to Towers foundation. Please drop it off at the registration desk.

We also post your business information and logo in the program and on our website.

 

Your registration includes access to the video recording so you may watch it anytime.

Rules: Vendors may bring their own table covers if desired. Nothing can be placed on the walls in any fashion. If you need a backdrop, we suggest bringing your own freestanding backdrop. No open flames (use battery-operated candles). Electricity is available in some locations. No music allowed. No pornography, guns, or anything illegal is allowed. No balloons.

You may need to pick up your meal early and go back to your table in order to be available to guests during lunch and dinner. You may bring in outside food and drink.

Friday, October 11: 8:00 am to 11:30am set up in the vendor room.
 Drive to the back of the hotel at the conference entrance.
Tables open until 5:00 pm. 

Saturday, October 12:  8:30 am - 5:00 pm vendors open

Tuesday, October 13:  8:30 am – 4:00 pm Vendors open
4:15 pm Tear down

The vendors are in the side room and it will be locked outside of operating hours.
