Vendor registration includes your choice of:

A. One 8’ table with two chairs for two people,  plus the banquet and Paranormal Halloween Party, and coffee and soda breaks.  $250.00

 B: All items in A plus one additional 8' table. $325.00 

​

C: all items in A plus two additional 8' tables. $400.00

 

 

D: Small table space (bring your own card table or small round 3' table) with one chair.  For Psychic readers, tarot card readers, palm readers, etc. or small displays.  Includes one banquet ticket. $199.00

We also ask for one item to be donated to the KUNX Raffle drawing. Proceeds go to the Tunnel to Towers foundation. Please drop it off at the registration desk.

We also post your business information and logo in the program and on our website.

 

Your registration includes access to the live stream video recording so you may watch it anytime. 

Note: This is a no or low competition vendor opportunity. No two vendors that sell mostly like products will be allowed. First come-first served. 
 

 

Vendor Schedule

Rules: Vendors must bring their own table covers. Nothing can be placed on the walls in any fashion. If you need a backdrop, we suggest bringing your own freestanding backdrop. No open flames (use battery-operated candles). Electricity is available in some locations. No music allowed. No pornography, guns, or anything illegal is allowed. No balloons.

You may need to pick up your meal early and go back to your table in order to be available to guests during lunch and dinner.

Note: X-Con 2024 will be held at the Oasis Hotel in Springfield, Missouri October 11, 12, 13 and this is a much larger venue with larger tables and space. Vendors who participate in X-Con 2023 will have first access to the 2024 conference.
 

Sunday, October 29: 6:00 to 9:00 pm set up in the vendor room.

Monday, October 30:  8:30 am - 6:30 pm vendors open

Tuesday, October 31:  8:30 am – 6:00 pm Vendors open
7:00 pm join us for the KUNX Network awards and Paranormal Halloween banquet and costume party! Costume contest.

Wednesday, November 1: 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Vendors open
4:30 pm Tear down

The vendor room is separate from the  main hall (next door) will be locked outside of operating hours.

 

No smoking allowed in the conference center
